1. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the delivery address, phone number and order details you provided are correct. Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified (for online payments) or at placement (for Cash on Delivery).

2. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. The tax split (CGST + SGST for same-state delivery, IGST for inter-state delivery) is shown on your order summary and invoice, based on the store's registered state and your delivery state.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery where offered, and online payments (UPI, cards and net banking) through our payment partner where enabled for this store. A failed online payment does not create a paid order; if money was debited, please contact the store with your order number.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timelines depend on the chosen delivery option, your location and the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused and in its original packaging. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method for online orders.

6. Warranty

Brand warranty, where applicable, is provided by the product manufacturer as per the manufacturer's terms. The store's warranty note on a product page states what applies to that product.
