How do I place an order?
Browse products, add what you want to your cart, then go to checkout. You can browse, fill a cart, and keep a wishlist without signing in, but checkout itself asks you to sign in first — your cart is kept and carried into checkout after you sign in.
What payment methods can I use?
Cash on Delivery where the store offers it, and online payments (UPI, cards, and net banking) through the store's payment partner where online payment is enabled for this store. The payment options available for your order are shown at the payment step of checkout.
How much is delivery, and when will my order arrive?
Delivery options and their charges for your address are shown at checkout before you place the order, and you can check delivery for your pincode on a product page. Any estimated delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open Track Order (or your account's orders list) to see each order's status and, once shipped, its shipment progress.
Can I return a product?
Yes — eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Request the return from your order, the store approves it, and the refund follows once the item is received back. See Returns & Refunds for the full flow.
Do I need an account to shop?
You need an account to check out, but not to browse, search, fill a cart, or keep a wishlist. Creating an account also lets you track orders, manage addresses, and request returns.
How do I contact the store?
