1. Delivery options at checkout

When you reach the delivery step of checkout, you choose from the delivery options this store has configured. Depending on the store's setup, that can include standard home delivery, free delivery above an order value, and store pickup where offered. The exact options and their charges for your address and order total are shown at checkout before you place the order — nothing is added afterwards.

2. Pincode check

On a product page you can check delivery for your pincode. Where the store has a courier provider configured, that check can show a live courier rate for your pincode; otherwise it shows the store's own configured delivery charge. If delivery is not available for a pincode, the check says so instead of guessing.

3. Delivery dates are estimates

Any estimated delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. The actual timing depends on the delivery option you chose, your location, and the courier. Once your order ships, you can follow its progress from the Track Order page in your account.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is offered where the store has enabled it. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when your order is delivered.

5. Problems with a delivery

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not at all, contact the store through the Contact Us page with your order number as soon as possible so the store can check the shipment.
